Effects:
Bee propolis has a large amount of flavonoid compounds. Traditionally, it has been used to relieve cold and is deemed to have antibacterial effects. Flavonoid compounds serve the function of cleaning the blood, strengthening the cell membrane and facilitating the cell function against bacteria. Studies have also showed that it can strengthen the immune system, maintain gastrointestinal and digestive health, relieve allergies, and promote wound healing.
 
Directions of use:
For adults and children aged 12 or above: Take appropriate amounts, the recommended intake is 1 to 2 capsules per day, or as directed by your dietitian. Best taken with food Caution:
